At WopeCar, service has never just been about cars; it’s about people. The ones who show up, solve problems, and make every ride reliable.

This Customer Service Week, we paused to celebrate those people, our team. The voices behind every smooth booking, the hands behind every well-prepared vehicle, and the hearts that keep the brand’s promise of reliability alive every single day.

And though we celebrate customer service all year long, this week offered something special: a moment to slow down, show up, and appreciate what it takes to deliver excellence together.

Monday: Dressed for Excellence

We began the week in our element; sharp, professional, and ready.
Monday was Corporate Day, where everyone came in full business wear, even our fleet officers. It was a quiet statement of how we show up for our customers: prepared, composed, and dependable.

Tuesday: Bold Colours, Bold Energy

Tuesday came alive with a burst of colour.
From vibrant reds to electric blues, our Bold Colour Day reminded us that great service needs great energy. Every bright outfit reflected the same spirit that powers our work; cheerful, open, and full of personality.

Wednesday: Culture on Display

Midweek was Cultural Day, a celebration of where we come from and the values that shape how we serve.
The office lit up with fugu, wax prints, and everything in between. We celebrated where we come from, because empathy, community, and hospitality, the heart of customer service, have always been part of our culture.

Thursday: Service Meets Stillness

Thursday stretched us; literally.
It was Yoga Day, and for most of us, it was the first time trying it. Between laughter, balance checks, and a few wobbly poses, we were reminded that to truly serve others well, we have to take care of ourselves first.

Friday: Service Beyond the Office Walls

We closed the week in the best way we know how, by giving back.

Our team visited La Yahoushua Junior High School to donate learning materials and spend time with the students, especially the girls, ahead of International Day of the Girl Child.

We shared stories, laughter, and lessons on the theme “Education Moves Dreams — The Girl I Am, The Change I Lead.”


In those few hours, service looked like listening, encouraging, and reminding every girl in that room that her dreams matter, and they’re within reach.

Customer Service Week 2025 brought colour, laughter, and a sense of connection that reminded us why we do what we do. From how we show up for each other to how we serve our customers, every act of care fuels the journeys we help create.
