Contact our customer support number 055 147 8540 directly for assistance. Do not attempt to fix any damages to the car on your own. All cars are comprehensively insured as a requirement but damages such as small dents, scratches, flat tires caused by rider will need to be covered by rider
All cars are delivered clean and disinfected by Wopecar. Riders returning cars are required to return their booked cars completely clean
Cars are delivered fully fueled to riders. Cars must be returned in the same condition i.e. fully fueled Riders must report and obtain evidence of the fuel level before and after booked trip.
Wopecar renters must be 22 years and above.
Yes, if you're booking for a Chauffeured service and No if you want a self-drive service. The minimum number of days for Self-drive is 2 days.
Rates differ from Region to Region
Yes, for self-drive options, you'll have to pay the rental amount, security deposit and a delivery fee. For a chauffeured service, you’re required to pay driver’s allowance which varies depending on the distance and cater for Accommodation
This fee is refundable when vehicle is returned in the same condition as was given (washed, fueled and without any physical damage). It is 25% of the rental amount or a flat fee of GHS 500 depending on the type of car and the rental period.
