Delete Your WopeCar Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your WopeCar account and all associated personal data using the options below.

Recommended

Delete directly in the app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

Request via email

Send an email to support@wopecar.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address linked to your WopeCar account. Our team will process your request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email and phone number
Your booking history
Your saved cars and favourites
Your payment references
Any uploaded documents

Important notes

Active bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion
Security deposits from active bookings will be processed first
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
Some data may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes
