The 2019 Toyota Corolla is a reliable and fuel-efficient compact sedan featuring a 1.8L 4-cylinder engine, CVT transmission, and front-wheel drive. Terms: and Conditions for Self-Drive Rental
1. Booking Duration: Clients must rent the car for at least 3days.
2. Rates: Our rates vary by region. Please do not take the car to a destination you have not paid for.
3. Rental Period: The rental period lasts 24 hours per day. However, for luxury cars like Prado & Pajero, it's 12 hours per day.
4. Security Deposit: Clients must pay a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental cost if the rental amount is or exceeds GHS 2000. For rentals below GHS 2000 the deposit is fixed at GHS 500.
5. Delivery Fee: There's a delivery fee of GHC 200. We do not offer client pickups. This fee covers both drop-off and pick-up of the vehicle.
6. Payment: Full payment is required before the car is delivered. We accept payment via transfer methods such as Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Card Payment. No cash payments are allowed. NB: Also, until payment is made, the car remains available to all clients.
7. Fuel: Rental rates do not include fuel.
8. Driver's License: Only the person whose valid driver’s license is with Wopecar is allowed to drive the vehicle at all times.
9. Vehicle Condition: Clients must return the car in the same condition as it was given, including washing it and ensuring it has the same level of fuel.
10. Damage and Fines: In the event of physical or mechanical damage, challenges, or police fines, clients must contact customer support before taking any action. Repairing or paying for anything on the car without informing us may result in double repair fees or no refund, respectively.
11. Extension: Full-day rate apply on extension of ongoing rental.
12. Cancellation: Clients will incur a cancellation fee of a full day's rate if it is a self driven car and a half a day's rate if it is a chauffeured car when a booked car is cancelled less than 24 hours before booking date.
13. Delivery Time: Delivery begins at 9:am, and the latest return time is 5 pm.
14. Delivery Days: Delivery and pick-up of rented vehicles are conducted from Monday to Saturday only. Rental dates that start or end on Sundays will be adjusted to the nearest weekday.
Please note… refunds take 1-3 business days to process. We will run the checks when we receive the car.
