OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CHAUFFEURED RENTAL:
- Rental Period: All chauffeured rides are calculated for 12 hours per day. Drivers finish work by 8pm for rentals that start from at least mid-noon.
- Overtime Fee: Rentals that exceed 8pm will incur an overtime fee. This fee is half the day's rate for rentals that go from 8pm to 11pm, and a full day extension rate for those that go beyond 11pm.
- Driver's Allowance: Rental rates include the allowance for the driver.
- Accommodation: If the chauffeured ride extends beyond a day outside Accra, accommodation will be needed. Clients can choose to provide accommodation for the driver or have the accommodation cost added to the quoted rate.
- Fuel: Fuel rates are not included in the rental amount. Clients are required to refill the fuel tank after each trip.
- Payment: Full payment is required before the car is delivered. We do not accept cash payments. Payment should be made via transfer methods such as Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Card payment.
- Cancellation: Clients will incur a cancellation fee of at least GHC 500 if a car is booked and canceled less than 48 hours before booking date.
- Usage: Outside Accra trips costs extra, as rates are based on the destination.

Do I have to pay any extra fee for the driver?
Rates include driver’s allowance.
What is your policy on driver’s accommodation when rental is outside Accra and more than 1 day?
Where chauffeured ride is more than a day outside Accra, accommodation will be required. Clients may choose to provide driver accommodation or have the accommodation cost added to the quoted rate.
How many hours per day rental?
All chauffeured rides rentals are calculated 12 hours per day; drivers close latest by 8pm regardless of start time.
What is your policy on exceeding the rental period?
Rentals that exceed 8pm attract an overtime fee. Half the day’s rate for rentals that exceed 8pm and a full day extension rate on those that exceed 11pm.
Are fuel rates included in the rental amount?
Fuel rates are exclusive of rental amount.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Clients pay a cancellation fee when a car is booked and do not go through with the booking. Fees are dependent on the nature of the booking.
Do I have to make full payment before the car is delivered?
Full payment is required before the car is delivered. NO CASH PAYMENT is allowed. All payment should be made by TRANSFER through Mobile Money , Bank Transfer or Pay stack.
