Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup. 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before. No refund of the rental charges inside 24 hours of pickup. The refundable security deposit is always returned in full when a booking is cancelled before the trip. Once the trip has started, cancellations, early returns and changes that shorten the trip are non-refundable, and unused days are not credited.

What is the security deposit amount?
25% of total rental cost for bookings of GHS 2,000+. Flat GHS 500 for bookings below GHS 2,000.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the rental start time qualify for a full refund. Bookings cancelled during the rental period are not eligible for a refund.
