Honda e:NP2 – The Future of Intelligent Electric Driving

The Honda e:NP2 is a next-generation all-electric crossover that blends sleek design, smart technology, and dynamic performance. Powered by a 150 kW motor and a 68.8 kWh battery, it delivers up to 545 km of range (CLTC), making it ideal for both city and longer journeys. OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SELF DRIVE RENTAL:

  1. 1. Minimum Booking Duration

    Electric vehicles must be rented for at least 3 days.


    2. Rental Rates

    Prices are based on your destination.

    The car may only be driven within the following regions: Accra, Tema, Cape Coast, Kumasi, and Takoradi.


    3. Rental Period

    Each rental covers 24 hours per day.


    4. Security Deposit

    A refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required.

    For rentals of GHS 2,000 or more, the full 25% applies.

    For rentals below GHS 2,000, the deposit is capped at GHS 500.


    5. Delivery

    Vehicle delivery and pick-up cost GHS 200 (covers both drop-off and return).

    Please note, client pick-ups at our location are not available.


    6. Delivery Days

    Vehicles are delivered and collected Monday to Saturday only.

    Rentals starting or ending on a Sunday will be adjusted to the nearest weekday.


    7. Payment Terms

    Full payment must be made before delivery.

    Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Card Payment.

    Cash payments are not accepted.

    Please note: Until payment is confirmed, the car remains available for other clients.


    8. Charging Policy

    The car runs only on electricity, not fuel.

    It will be delivered with at least 80% charge and must be returned with the same charge level.

    Clients are responsible for charging the car during the rental.


    9. Driver’s License & Use of Vehicle

    Only the person(s) who submitted a valid driver’s license to Wopecar may drive the car.

    Allowing an unregistered driver to operate the car is strictly prohibited and considered a breach of agreement.

    The car must be returned in the same clean and physical condition it was delivered in (including washing and maintaining charge level).

    Extra charges will apply if the car is returned dirty, damaged, or below the agreed charge level.


    10. Drive Modes

    The EV has four modes: ECON, Normal, Sport, and Snow.

    For safety and battery efficiency, the car must always be driven in ECON mode.

    Other modes (especially Sport) may lead to overspeeding and faster battery drain, which is unsafe.


    11. Damages & Fines

    In case of damage, mechanical issues, or police fines, please contact Wopecar customer support immediately before taking any action.

    Clients who attempt repairs or payments without our approval may face double charges or lose their deposit.


    12. Rental Extensions

    To extend your rental, please contact Wopecar at least 24 hours before your current booking ends.

    Once we send the extension invoice, kindly pay immediately to confirm your additional days.


    13. Cancellation Policy

    Cancelling less than 24 hours before your booking will incur a fee equal to half of the daily rental rate.


    14. Refunds

    Security deposits are refunded within 1–3 business days after the vehicle is inspected.

    Any deductions (for cleaning, charging top-ups, or damages) will be clearly explained before the refund is processed.


CHAUFFEURED RENTAL:

  1. 1. Rental Period

    Chauffeured rentals cover 12 hours per day, ending at 8:30 PM.

    If your rental begins in the afternoon (around 12 PM), the service will still conclude at 8:30 PM that same day.


    2. Overtime Charges

    Should your trip extend beyond 8:30 PM, overtime charges will apply:

    8:30 PM – 11:00 PM → Half-day rate

    After 11:00 PM → Full-day rate


    3. Driver’s Allowance

    The rental fee already includes the driver’s allowance for vehicles that come with a chauffeur.


    4. Accommodation (for trips outside Accra)

    For multi-day trips outside Accra, the driver will require accommodation. You may either:

    Provide suitable accommodation, or

    Request that we add the cost of accommodation to your booking.


    5. Fuel Policy

    Rental fees do not include fuel.

    Clients are kindly responsible for fueling the car throughout the rental period.


    6. Security Deposit

    A refundable security deposit is required for every booking:

    25% of the total rental amount will be held as a deposit.

    For rentals under GHS 2,000, a flat deposit of GHS 500 applies.

    This deposit is held against minor issues or unforeseen costs and will be fully refunded once the vehicle is returned in good condition and all terms are met.


    7. Payment Terms

    Full payment is kindly required before the rental commences.

    Payments may be made via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Paystack.


    8. No Cash Payments

    For your security, we do not accept cash for rentals.

    Please avoid making any direct payments to drivers (except for tips).

    If any payment is requested, kindly confirm with your sales agent before proceeding.


    9. Cancellation Policy

    Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the rental start time will incur a charge equal to one full day’s rental.

    For cancellations made earlier than 24 hours, the same one-day rental charge applies.


    10. Use of Vehicle

    Vehicles may only be used within the destinations agreed upon with your sales agent.

    If you need to adjust your travel route, please inform us in advance so your booking can be updated.


    11. Rental Extensions

    If you wish to extend your rental, please contact Wopecar at least 24 hours before your current booking ends.

    Once we issue the extension invoice, payment must be made promptly to secure the additional days.

FAQs

What is the minimum number of rental days?
Self driven option must be a minimum of 3 days rental.
How many hours is a day’s rental?
Rental per day is 24 hours. Thus, rental ends same time as delivered. However, for luxury cars such as Prado & Pajero given for self drive are calculated 12hours/day.
What is your policy on security deposits?
Clients must pay a refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental cost if the rental amount is or exceeds GHS 2000. For rentals below GHS 2000 the deposit is fixed at GHS 500.
What is your policy on car pickups?
Clients pay an amount of GHC200charged as delivery fee. Please we do not offer client pickups NB: This fee caters for the drop off and pick up of the vehicle.
Do I have to make full payment before the car is delivered?
Full payment is required before the car is delivered. NO CASH PAYMENT is allowed payment only by TRANSFER through Mobile Money , Bank Transfer, Pay stack.
Do rental rates include charging fees?
Rates are exclusive of charging fees. Rental ONLY.
Can the car be driven without a license?
Please note, ONLY the person whose valid driver’s license is with Wopecar MUST drive the vehicle at all times. Failure to comply may result in incurred costs borne by the renter
What is your policy on car returns?
Clients must return cars in the same condition as was given. Washed and with the same level of battery percentage charged.
What is your policy in case of damages or police fines during rentals?
In an event of physical or mechanical damage,challenge or police fines, please contact customer support first! PLEASE DO NOT repair or pay anything on the car without our knowing. This may result in double repair fee or no refund respectively.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Clients pay a cancellation fee of at least GHC 200 when a car is booked and do not go through with the booking. Fees are dependent on the nature of the booking.
How early can I get a car delivered?
Deliveries start at 8am while rerun time is capped at 5pm.
Can a car be delivered on any day?
Delivery and pick up of rented vehicles are done on Mondays through to Saturdays ONLY. Rental dates that start or end on Sundays will have to be moved a day before or after.
Can I take the car anywhere once I have booked it?
Clients are required to use the car in the agreed destination/jurisdiction for which they have paid. Our rental rates are based on the destination being traveled, so any changes will affect the rental cost.
Can I get a Chauffeur?
Yes you can. At the price of 200ghc within Accra and 300ghc outside Accra.
