The partnership which was initiated in September 2021 with a Tailored Motor Comprehensive Insurance policy, that will pay up to a sum of GHS 20,000 as personal accident benefit if the provider/Wopecar partner or any person authorized by the provider to drive their vehicle at the time of the accident suffers permanent disablement or death as a result.

BENEFITS OF POLICY COVERAGE

Additional  benefits of the policy highlighted in the new partnership are as follows; 

• The policy provides a fleet discount of 15% for all its members. 

  • The policy shall compensate the provider for loss of rental income in the amount of GHC 250 for up to 14 days upon the happening of an accident

According to Adelaide Biney, the Former Sales & Business Development Associate at Wopecar who spearheaded this partnership, the new partnership demonstrates the continuous investment in enhancing the best customer and partnership experiences whilst Wopecar expands into new territories.

The policy is currently available to all current Wopecar partners and new partners looking to subscribe to Wopecar. All existing partners can access the policy through their current insurance providers provided they partner with SpotOn. The current insurance partners include Vanguard Assurance, Ghana Union Assurance, Enterprise Insurance, Star Assurance, and Quality Insurance.
